Starting back in 1994, with four partners, from 4 different corners of the world, the Brand was initially called Quatro, with an aim to make better boards for themselves, but by the end of '94 they had 7 of the top 10 riders in the World Cup riding their boards. 

Quatro remained the Custom board brand and in 2004 Goya Windsurfing was launched, producing windsurfing boards, sails and accessories for Wave to Freeride and Beginners.
