Starboard Ocean Surf TP Foil

The Efficient Foil The Ocean Surf is designed to ride ocean swells, surf smaller softer waves efficiently and for wing foiling in light winds. The Ocean Surf blends powerful lift with speed by combining a larger surface area and a higher aspect ratio. For wing foiling in particular, this provides the ability to maintain flight through lulls and low-speed maneuvers.

Our Guide to the Key Models:

Wave 1700
Great allround foil setup: not the liftiest but handles a wide range of conditions and fast through the water. The best option for waves from knee to shoulder high and in powered wing-foiling conditions.
Undoubtedly our foil of choice to cover the widest range of conditions and disciplines (and a favourite of some of the top pro's!)

Ocean Surf 2000
Plenty of lift keeps you flying in small waves and swell but remains nimble enough for manoeuvring. Pretty good for downwinding in solid breeze (needs to be windy!) and a favourite for all-round wing-foiling and first flights behind a boat or ski.

Ocean Surf 2400
The beast! A clear winner for open ocean downwinding and also a good heavyweights' foil for first flights in small waves. Once you're up wing-foiling in light to medium winds this foil cruises through the lulls and is easy to keep going on the tiniest of bumps. The huge surface area and wingspan bring heaps of lift that can overpower quickly for lighter riders or as the swell energy increases.
