AERO DESIGN

The 2025 board's side profile is slimmer, with a 10mm reduction in thickness and much thinner rails. This reduces aerodynamic drag and minimises the impact of side winds, improving board trim at high speeds on the foil. The result is a smoother, more stable flight, making the 2025 model even more "slippery" through the air compared to previous designs.

EARLY BOOST

An extended bottom wetted surface, now 15cm longer than earlier models, enhances sub-planing speed and makes transitioning onto the foil quicker and easier. This design improves efficiency with smaller, high-speed foil wings, allowing faster takeoffs.

ADVANCED CUTAWAYS

Strategically placed cutaways reduce drag before take-off and allow the board to rapidly transition into flight mode. By decreasing the wetted surface area as speed increases, the board accelerates more effectively.

EXTRA CONTROL

A flatter profile beneath the back foot enhances control and stability, reducing rolling action and boosting rider confidence during high-speed runs and in the middle of gybes.

LOW ROLL CENTRE

The recessed mast track lowers the centre of drive, giving you greater control over sudden gusts, wind holes, or unexpected board movements. This keeps you balanced and in control in challenging conditions.

EXTRA THIN PADS

With fewer impacts to absorb during foiling, the board is equipped with extra-thin pads for added control. The diamond groove pattern ensures maximum grip for extended rides.

INBOARD STANCE

Moving the rear foot strap 3cm inboard provides enhanced control in extreme conditions, while also offering the option for an outward, "on rail" stance for improved efficiency in light winds.

JIM DRAKE SLICK FOOTSTRAPS
